This privacy statement informs you about the type, the scope and the purposes of the collection and use of personal information when using our Internet service under The legal bases of data protection are found in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG).

Access data and server log files

We (or the webspace provider) collect data about each access to our website (so-called server log files). Access data includes:

Processing of personal data

Personal data means information with the help of which a person can be identified. Personal data means individual details about personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable person. We collect, process, use and store personal data exclusively in compliance with the provisions of the applicable data protection law.

Your personal data that are necessary for the establishment, content-related arrangement or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data) will exclusively be used for conducting the contracts concluded between us.
